We recently had the privilege of supporting Mitie in connection with their acquisition of ABC Elektro.
ABC Elektro is a Norwegian supplier of fire and safety solutions, offering complementary electrical engineering services. The company primarily serves commercial customers and construction projects, with a strong presence in the Oslo region.
The acquisition strengthens Mitie’s capabilities in project delivery and ongoing maintenance within the rapidly growing European market for data center-related fire and security solutions, and expands its presence in the Nordic region.
