After completing her business administration studies in Falun, Sara was eager to return home to Östersund, and after exploring the job market, she decided on OWL. Today, she handles the day-to-day accounting for some of our clients, both at OWL’s offices and on-site at a client’s location.
– I wanted to build on the accounting skills I gained during my studies, and this felt like the perfect place to do that. I see OWL as a workplace where employees have the opportunity to learn new things all the time, which I find very rewarding. In addition to developing my skills in day-to-day accounting, I also want to learn more about business consulting.
Sara says the transition from school to work hasn't been a problem. She adds that OWL's team- and process-oriented approach has made the transition easier.
– As a newcomer, it’s only natural to ask a lot of questions, and my colleagues have been incredibly helpful in that regard. I feel included and am constantly learning all sorts of things.
In her free time, Sara enjoys running, preferably with a family member, and in the winter she likes to go cross-country and downhill skiing in Östersund or Åre.
