Fredrikhas been our colleague since 2023. He primarily works in what we internally refer to as “production.” This involves monthly and annual financial statements, payroll, and advisory services, as well as a fair number of client meetings. Recently, he has also begun working on projects in transaction advisory—an area he finds exciting and wants to learn more about.
– The fact that OWL provides transaction advisory services was actually one of the things that attracted me to apply for a job here. There aren’t many companies here in Östersund that do that. I also like that it’s a smaller, fast-growing firm with a fantastic office location.
Fredrik sees OWL as a workplace that offers great opportunities to develop quickly in one’s professional role.
– Since I’m constantly given the opportunity to try new things and am quickly entrusted with responsibility, I’m growing both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Fredrik enjoys staying active, and OWL’s stated policy on work-life balance appeals to him.
– I go cross-country skiing in the winter, play golf in the summer, and love to travel whenever I get the chance. Life is about more than just work—and my employer makes that clear!
