Erik has been working with us since 2022. His first encounter with OWL was at one of the student events we regularly organize for economics students at Mid Sweden University.
– My first impression was that OWL is an entrepreneurially driven company that dares to stand out from the crowd of traditional agencies. There was something about that drive that interested me, as well as the varied work tasks. And I won’t deny that the office’s location felt absolutely great.
With a background in skiing, Erik still has a keen interest in everything from ski touring and cross-country skiing to sharpening skis as a hobby.
– It gives me a chance to relax, shift my focus, and recharge, which helps me maintain a good balance in my daily life.
After working with us for a few years, Erik can say that his first impression of the company was spot on and that his responsibilities have become even more varied with each passing year.

The close collaboration with my awesome colleagues makes it even more educational. We have an open and supportive environment and discuss everything from the details of ongoing projects to world events. This helps me develop both my professional skills and my general knowledge!
Erik is a member of OWL's production team, which means he handles a wide range of tasks—from payroll and financial statements to assisting with valuation assignments.
